The global and national environment is affected by numerous disruptions (climate crisis, war, inflation, rising rates, etc.) which impact the company, its strategy and encourage it to reorganize and digitalize. This creates uncertainty and forces the treasurer's job to evolve.
To respond to this, immediate action plans take two directions:
But the best response to uncertainties is to have quality data. The quality of information is included in that of the IS, the limits of which are dealt with in operational risk.
Risk management should not be limited to limiting risk but should seek to improve margins and ROI. Risk management must therefore generate added value in action plans. This added value is found in the quality of the information; data management therefore becomes the priority.
By developing Advanced Analytics, we will transform risk management into the creation of added value in the Treasurer's profession.
