eBAM ( electronic Bank Account Management ) is an acronym which means: dematerialization of the management of banking powers between the bank and the company.
The eBAM relies on around fifteen standardized XML formats to inform the bank of the creation, modification and/or deletion of an account and/or banking authority. However, even if these formats have existed for more than 10 years, many banks are not aware of them, some banks only manage a few of them, and none manage them all.
NEOFI displays a unified view of all of your accounts and their agents, so that you know at all times who has what powers over which accounts, the status of internal requests and the status of the requested banks.
With NEOFI eBAM , you know at any time:

You make modifications and change the banking powers of your accounts with ease:

· If your bank does not offer any dematerialized means, NEOFI immediately and automatically generates the letters to send to them (in PDF or XML) during each modification.
Several departments are involved in the management of banking powers and their action strongly contributes to the finalization of modifications:
· The HR department announces transfers, hirings, departures
· The IT department manages the company's LDAP directory
· The legal department must update the Kbis
