eBAM ( electronic Bank Account Management ) is an acronym that stands for: the electronic management of banking authorizations between the bank and the company.
eBAM relies on approximately fifteen standardized XML formats inform , even though these formats have existed for over 10 years, many banks are unfamiliar with them, some only manage a few, and none manage all of them.
NEOFI provides a unified view of all your accounts and their authorized representatives, so you know at any time who has what authority over which accounts, the status of internal requests, and the status of requests to the banks contacted.

• If your bank does not offer any electronic means of communication, NEOFI immediately and automatically generates the necessary letters to send them (in PDF or XML format) for each change.

· The IT department manages the company's LDAP directory
· The legal department must update the Kbis extracts
