NEOFI Forecast

Management of cash flow forecasts

You can make as many forecasts as you want, the important thing is that they are reliable! With NEOFI Forecast , you make your cash flow forecasts more reliable by simulating different scenarios that you can refine, modify and replay based on what actually happens.

Anticipate your liquidity needs

Vary your cash flow forecasts by simulating different scenarios:

  • Simulate monthly cash inflow and outflow forecasts for configurable budget items
  • Carry over or adjust your forecasts from a previous exercise, applying assumptions about future trends
  • Save your simulations to develop them later

After automatically integrating bank statements, NEOFI compares actual results with your forecasts and calculates the variances. Whether you choose to neutralize or carry forward the variances to later periods, NEOFI Forecast automatically recalculates your forecast plan.

Your database is automatically populated

To ensure your forecasts remain perfectly up-to-date, NEOFI Forecast automatically updates its database by retrieving data in all formats:

  • Payments and withdrawals from your business applications
  • Financial operations (commitments, loans, borrowings, settlements, etc.)
  • Payment promises made available by debt collection systems
  • Transaction reports and other bank feedback
  • Cash flow budgets designed in Excel spreadsheets or any other application

Design the analytical reports for your forecasts

Thanks to the Business Intelligence built into NEOFI Forecast , you can design your own customized reports and adapt them to your needs, for example by:

  • Choosing your areas of analysis
  • Selecting the chart that corresponds to the desired view
  • Adding filters based on key criteria
  • Setting the display frequency yourself

Customer testimonial

"NEOFI's first objective was to automate the extraction of each report, representing four files, in each of the two applications. NEOFI then checks the data, harmonizes it, and merges it to feed the NEOFI Analytics Business Intelligence module, where the reports are generated. The management controller's task is now to identify any errors (orders, data entry, etc.) and correct them."
