In order to process volumetrics within demanding deadlines while remaining open to sharing with business applications, NEOFI offers two different ways of interfacing with the mandate library:
Direct debit data is always compared to the mandate database: standard controls (such as RUM, ICS, account number, signature date, etc.) can be enriched with personalized controls via adaptation appropriate workflow rules.
NEOFI may delay sending direct debits to respect the date ranges imposed by the regulations of each bank. Conversely, if the direct debits are received late, NEOFI Mandate can notify the authorized persons, and propose the appropriate corrections before sending them to the bank.
