This major distribution brand needed to automate exchanges between two environments from two different worlds : on the one hand, the recent online shopping site on the internet common to all franchisees, offered by the national center, and On the other hand, the franchisee's information system to manage items and stocks. One of the particularities of the project was the VAT to be applied, which can be different on the same item depending on its type of acquisition.
The NEOFI Link solution automates the exchanges between these two heterogeneous systems and uses conditional rules linked to correspondence tables to assign the correct VAT.
The franchisee teams are thus autonomous in managing the exchange solution because they have been trained in NEOFI settings. They can intervene quickly to adjust exchange processes.
A few days of analysis, installation and testing were necessary to implement the NEOFI solution; it was enough to configure formats and processes without ever writing a single line of code .
The solution also automatically manages the collection, updating and distribution of reports intended for management control.
Faced with a heterogeneity of operating systems and complexity in VAT management, this large retail brand was surprised by the speed of implementation of the solution. Now autonomous, the IT and accounting teams update their interfaces and reports themselves.
